Marc was a great!! Definitely doesn't RUSH and half A** his job. Great Attitude, even having to go deal/ and go through what you do most definitely much respect . Very noticable that takes pride in his job and equipment, Has a good routine on how he does his thing. Great service every time I use Gerlock. Much better than other towing companies I have used in the past. Some companies I have used act like they have been doing me a favor When I use their service; especially the drivers. Gerlock genuinely cares about their clients and the business they receive from them. Both dispatch and drivers are awesome. I highly recommend them.

A few days ago, my semi-truck slipped, and due to the hazardous road conditions, I was unable to find anyone willing to assist. However, Bob was able to quickly dispatch his driver, who towed my rig back to Bellingham, WA, from Oregon on the same day I called. Their team demonstrated excellent communication, prompt service, and a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend them and will be referring their services to other companies.

Unlike other tow companies, they were prompt at an unusual hour. Very satisfied in the professionalism and quick services. Also, I appreciate the communication upon arrival. I would utilize their services again.

We called our trusted towing partner Gerlock after one of our service vans slid off the road into a ditch. Bob was attentive and quickly gathered our information and had someone dispatched quickly. Donny showed up and made quick work of our rescue. He was very kind and glad he was able to take care of us.

They dispatched a truck within 30 minutes of my call, and the driver was professional, courteous, and efficient.

I have never had a bad experience with Gerlock. They have always been helpful with any issues I've had with my companies trucks whether it's been a breakdown an accident or just drivers getting themselves in situations the couldn't get out of. Norman and his trainee were consummate professionals, extremely knowledgeable, skilled and the years of experience show through in the quality and efficiency of their work. They were using the best equipment, and tools and gave outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Gerlock towing and will keep them on call should we need a heavy wrecker in the future.
