I have never had a bad experience with Gerlock. They have always been helpful with any issues I've had with my companies trucks whether it's been a breakdown an accident or just drivers getting themselves in situations the couldn't get out of. Norman and his trainee were consummate professionals, extremely knowledgeable, skilled and the years of experience show through in the quality and efficiency of their work. They were using the best equipment, and tools and gave outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Gerlock towing and will keep them on call should we need a heavy wrecker in the future.

He answered the call when the other tow company told me they would be there in an hr. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs and calling them to find out they had decided not to come after all. Just left me waiting there and didn’t even bothrr to let me know. Your driver showed up when he said he would. He even called me with update and when he arrived he got to work and towed my truck as quickly as possible. He was kind, polite, and professional. Hope I won’t but, if I ever need another tow I will call Gerlock Towing.
